WHAT WE DID:
Studio Fabric invited DLC to help concept the brand identity for Snowfarm, a thoughtfully designed residential community envisioned for Missoula, Montana. Developed by Roundhouse, the project offers a modern collection of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each imagined with open-concept layouts, high-end finishes, and scenic views that reflect the natural beauty of the region.

DLC’s concept explored an elevated lifestyle brand grounded in the rhythms of nature and the warmth of community, proposing amenities such as a resort-style pool and spa, cold plunge, saunas, a 24-hour fitness center, coworking spaces, community gardens, a dog park with a pet wash station, and outdoor fire pits. Ideally located near downtown Missoula, Snowfarm was positioned as a place that brings together comfort, connection, and a strong sense of place. This concept was presented as part of the early creative direction and does not reflect the entire final design.
