WHAT WE DID:
Studio Fabric invited DLC to help create the brand identity for Blume at Central, a luxury residential community located at 3883 N Central Avenue in the heart of Midtown Phoenix. Developed by Mark-Taylor Residential, Blume offers a refined collection of studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences, thoughtfully designed with open-concept layouts, premium finishes, and private outdoor spaces.

Residents enjoy a curated selection of amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center with TechnoGym equipment, coworking lounges, outdoor grilling areas with pizza ovens, and secure parking with EV charging stations. Ideally situated near the light rail, Blume on Central provides effortless access to Midtown’s vibrant dining, shopping, and cultural destinations. This concept was presented as part of the early creative direction and does not reflect the entire final design.
