WHAT WE DID:
Studio Fabric invited DLC to help create the brand identity for A34, a new residential community in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles. Developed by The Pinyon Group and designed by KFA Architecture, A34 transforms a former industrial site into a vibrant, five-acre neighborhood featuring 468 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, including 66 affordable units. The project will also bring new retail spaces, over 1.5 acres of public open space, and a strong emphasis on sustainability and community connection to one of L.A.’s oldest neighborhoods. This concept was presented as part of the early creative direction and does not reflect the entire final design.
