We developed the full brand identity for this luxury community, from naming and brand concept to logos, marketing floor plans, and a suite of printed and digital marketing materials.

Alexan Marmont, located in Monrovia, CA, is a stunning addition to the area with 436 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Residents can enjoy an array of top-notch amenities, including rooftop lounges, pools, spas, a sports bar lounge, a fitness studio, a yoga room, co-working spaces, conference rooms, courtyards, and even an onsite dog park with a grooming station. Nestled at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, it offers convenient access to downtown LA and nearby neighborhoods.
